For investors
Every read and write leaves a linked entry.
Request access, diligence, negotiate — each step in a room writes to an append-only chain, not just the moments someone decided were worth recording.
How you reach a room
You request access to a founder’s public profile. The founder approves or declines — approval is what actually creates the room and adds you as a member. There is no path that skips the founder’s own decision.
Once you’re in, diligence and term negotiation both run inside the room. Every gateway call either of you makes — reading the room’s state, proposing a term, confirming a gate — appends one entry to that room’s record.

| Seq | Action | Prev hash | Entry hash |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | deal_room.getIdentity | 0000000000…000000 | f237bf94b3…198230f |
| 2 | deal_room.getWorkflowState | f237bf94b3…198230f | cedc568019…828edf6 |
| 3 | deal_room.getIdentity | cedc568019…828edf6 | 6fd1412541…0cc1b6a |
Each entry's prev_hash is the entry before it's entry_hash — copied verbatim from a live query, not constructed for this page. Change an earlier entry and every hash after it stops matching, visibly, without trusting us to say so.
Not a blockchain claim
There’s no token, no network, no consensus mechanism — none of that is what makes a record trustworthy. What makes it trustworthy is that it can’t be quietly edited, and that a break in the chain is visible to anyone, immediately, without asking us to confirm it.
The entries above are genuinely read actions — a room’s state being fetched, not a term being changed. The chain records every gateway call, not only the dramatic ones.
